I first met Iris at one of her workshops which enlightened me to the role a life coach could play in helping me with my career quest: I booked up 4 sessions on the dot.
In the first session we agreed what I was expecting as a result of the sessions. In truth I didn't think I had any idea, but with a few magical questions from Iris (a start of things to come), we worked out what would be helpful and achievable. Each session we started with recapping on these objectives to ensure I was happy with the progress and direction.
Although my objectives were career focused, Iris helped me to also consider other areas of my life which are impacted by not being fully happy in my job and to identify the full potential that could be realised from the right career change.
