A very disappointing experience. I spoke to the manager on the phone who agreed to rent me one van, but when I turned up it was something completely different. He parked it in a disabled parking space for me to unload from one van to this van. He said we wouldn't get bothered, but had 3 people come up to us who needed to use the disabled space. I ended the rental early and was told I'd be refunded the difference. They never contacted me with the refund so I had to chase and when I finally got through to the manager he changed the agreement we had and said it would be credit instead of a refund. When I complained about this he talked over me, told me I need to 'grow up' and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. The manager is a liar and abusive. It's his way or the highway. I guess I'll choose the highway...
